Learning

Earned a BA in politics and international and global studies, with minors in Latin American studies and environmental studies from Brandeis University in 2010. Worked there full time ever since. Currently taking advantage of Brandeis’ post-baccalaureate in computer science part time.

What does this mean? I love to learn! My very “useful” and very varied areas of study make me a crackerjack on your trivia team and, more importantly, someone who values an international perspective and can connect the dots.

Speaking of international, I also spent a summer at the School for Renewable Energy studying renewable energy technologies in Akureyri, Iceland (facilitated by the School for International Training or SIT); a semester with SIT studying grassroots social movements in Oaxaca, Mexico; and a semester at Queen Mary College, University of London. As a result, I can understand a lot more Icelandic than I can speak (but I can say Eyjafjallajökull) and speak conversational Spanish.
